Admissions 2026 – Application Process

Applying for the Global Joint Degree Program under PIBM’s International MBA pathway is straightforward. Start by filling out the enquiry form to begin your application for the Global Joint Degree Program (JDP) offered in collaboration with Lawrence Technological University, the University of Bridgeport, Clark University, and Alliant International University — four renowned MBA institutions in the USA. Who Can Apply? – Eligibility Requirements

To apply for the Global Joint Degree Program, students must meet the following requirements: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university/college with a minimum of 60% aggregate

A valid score in CAT / CMAT / GMAT / MAT / PMAT
TOEFL (iBT): 80
GMAT is not mandatory for admission
TOEFL (CBT): 213
Proof of English proficiency through any one of the following:
IELTS: 6.5

FAQs

The PIBM Global Program is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Education, Government of India. The program has also received a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the U.S. Embassy for student participation.

The tuition fee includes:

  • Internship processing support
  • Two years of tuition (PIBM + partner university)
  • One-time Visa and IELTS training and registration
It does not include health insurance, accommodation, or daily living expenses.

Yes. PIBM has a collaboration with the State Bank of India (SBI) under the SBI Scholar Education Loan Scheme, which helps students finance their education, including tuition fees for both years.

Yes. You must maintain INR 8–10 lakh during your second-year application process. This is a requirement for all international students to show proof of funds covering one year of accommodation and living expenses. The exact amount may vary depending on the university. Without this bank statement, your F-1 Visa process cannot be completed.

This depends entirely on the approval from the U.S. Embassy. As per current U.S. Embassy regulations for the F-1 Visa, PIBM will follow all guidelines issued by the U.S. Embassy and the Indian Education AICTE authorities.

No. PIBM does not guarantee Visa approval under any circumstances. Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the U.S. Embassy and U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

PIBM covers the one-time Visa processing costs (Visa appointment fee, SEVIS fee, and Integrity fee). Additionally, PIBM provides:

  • Visa training sessions
  • Guidance and documentation support
  • IELTS training and registration (included in the Global tuition fee)
In case of a Visa rejection, students must re-pay the registration fees for reapplication.

At PIBM Pune (India): Lodging, meals, and campus transportation cost INR 2.5 lakh per year. Room allocation (single/double sharing) is subject to availability.
